Extended Stay America - Houston - Galleria - Uptown

Excellent room and service. Breakfast left a little to be desired but overall I was very impressed with the room.

The staff was excellent! All hotels were booked and I felt stranded. The staff here helped me find a place at a great rate and went the extra mile with early check in

It was very good for the cost, clean room, nice personable service. Rooms are a little dated, and one cabinet door came off it's hinges, but I wasn't using it anyways, I was just looking for the trash can

I just came with to visit my family 2 weeks ago. The rooms were clean the staff are great. Never had any problems here and this is why i keep coming back.. Give my thanks to the general manager and staff to keep up the great work

Definitely recommend and will definitely come back here. Got a room with a kitchen and the front desk let us know we could ask for utensils, plates, pans, and cups. That was very convenient and the staff was very helpful.
