Extended Studio Hotel

I am very dissatisfied with the operation procedure at this hotel room. I have been here for approximately 1 month and a half at a rate of $369 per week. A mother of 2 children and was awaiting childbirth. $50 for housekeeping that I'VE NEVER RECEIVED. One day I leave on the door from the outside and that when I realized the for doesn't lock. The ceiling and dishwasher is often leaking to where it's mold in the ceiling and the ceiling was cracking and falling. Puddles of water on the floor. Roaches coming through the walls, flying bugs, biting bugs due to pets in the room prior to us fleas etc., gnats. The worst part of my stay was the disrespect that was given to me by Shane and the Black receptionist. I have never felt so belittled by being looked upon with disgust and I did nothing but paid my rent on time.

The pool was okay, I don’t think it had chlorine but it wasn’t nasty. The hot tub was not working. The rooms were okay, there’s a stove, microwave, fridge and dish washer — there was roaches. Walls peeling. People not picking up after their pets. In the entire 5-6 days we were there house keeping didn’t even come by to pick up trash so, bring disinfectant and some bleach spray to clean. - Bathroom tub was nasty! - walls peeling The bed was freshly made tho… wouldn’t come again. LITTLE TO NO LIGHT IN THE ROOM TOO They claim to be remodeling so I hope it gets better

I would not want my worst enemy to stay there. I had no hot water in the tub for the first 4 days I was there . The tv had to be programed every time you turned it off. The dishwasher had standing water in the bottom of it. The room above me that they rented out sounded like they were dropping boulders all night. And the bugs were awful. Roaches and water bugs. I cleaned the whole to when I got there and sprayed for bugs but they just kept coming. I will not stay there again and my first stay was great. Really went downhill.

If i could give this hotel ZERO stars, I would. The lady and security guard on duty were the only nice people there. The rooms were dirty. There was roaches and flies everywhere. Dead roaches on the wall and even in the refrigerator. The table was broke, no pillows on bed, and no phone in room. Kitchen looks like it was never cleaned and microwave looks like food exploded in it. The front desk man who was also the manager, was a complete jerk. We checked out early. Definitely will not recommend or return.

Reasonable price, conveniently right off the hwy. Looked decent while the lights were off. Upon turning on the lights, which are backwards, kitchen isn’t cleaned at all, no dishes like most extended stay has. Bathroom is horribly dirty, only 2 towels for 2 double beds. No bags in trash can- only 1 trash can! Really nothing in here has been cleaned except the beds. I’m 1 of the pictures I added there is actually a roach in the kitchen! We paid $74 for 2 double beds, for it to look like this! We will not be back

Had to stay here for a few night's. Staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. The place is spacious, but in a sketchy area. The room smelled so much like smoke in a non smoking room... that my asthma kicked in and I had to leave. Walls had mold, smoke alarm was pulled out of the ceiling, some lights didn't work, really ran down, but the price was great for a big studio.

The service is very poor. The first night I was here I checked into a room and the room was horrible I had ROACHES in the tub, the lights didn’t work so they moved me into another room. That room smelled like urine and their floors looked like someone opened up a vacuum cleaner and left the dirt on the floor. They finally moved me into another room and the room was decent. The final night staying here my child and I experienced a RAT running across the floor and they’re only option was to check me out in the morning because they said I had an attitude.. Wouldn’t you have one?

Booked this hotel on behalf of someone staying in the area and the room was filthy. There wasn't a deadbolt on their room door either, so it made her feel super unsafe. I had originally booked the room for a week, but due to the quality of the room, she immediately left. I called right away and the front desk refunded us for most of the stay. We haven't been refunded for the first night's stay and I have made over a dozen contacts with them since. Their "manager" is rarely in and hasn't returned a single phone call or email. I couldn't imagine anyone staying here.

Staff are not super friendly by any means. Sometimes they change the rates on you from one employee to the next. Much better crime wise than it used to be, but most clients are clearly a part of the drug game, the others just don't want to be found, and have no identification they are willing to show. The rooms are quite big, but so are the cracks in the walls and ceilings, they do try to keep it clean, though.

The price is right. We aren't picky as we need to accommodate a family and a dog. They do not offer wifi, room service of any kind throughout your stay, and are very low on all toiletries and linens at all times! Maintaince is pretty non-existent. Would not recommend their laundry facilities, however there is a decent laundromat less than a half of a mile away.
