The Westin Jackson

Such a great hotel! Most hotels seem to have lost the idea of great customer service over the pandemic, but the Westin Jackson gets it right. The staff there was incredibly nice and welcoming especially Gabby who was working the front desk at checkin. I can not wait to stay here again on future visits.

They treated us so well and parking on the street was not as crazy as it seemed like it would be. The hotel it beautiful and huge, yet felt really private. We got room service breakfast from the hotel restaurant and it was some of the best breakfast food we have ever had.

Great hotel, the employees were helpful. The food in the restaurant was great but a bit pricey. The bar was dead for a booked out hotel but service was good.

Wonderful stay. This was our first time at this property. The entire hotel was clean from the lobby, hallways, concierge lounge, and our room. A typical Westin breakfast buffet in the lounge if you have status. Friendly valet parking. We will definitely return when we are visiting our college student.
