Extra Space Storage

I had a great experience with Shane recently when I came in looking for rates and such. He was very knowledgeable about everything and very helpful when I asked any questions. It was never a bother to him. The facility and property are on point, very well maintained. Good job to everyone who works to keep it in such great condition. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage. 👍👍

Couldn't ask for a more efficient and friendly storage site. They go above and beyond in customer service. Alicia the Manager even stayed a little late because I was having trouble with getting my lock off one time. I had an inside unit which was climate controlled. It was so clean it was like being in a room at my own place. I felt my belongings were very secure with all the cameras and alarms I saw. And the lighting comes on in the isles when you walk. Definitely a 5 star from me. I would use again.

My experience with this particular storage was fabulous. The customer service there was very personable.i had an issue with my unit I had rented then had realized was not the right size and Alicia as wonderful as she looked right away and was able to give me the facility that was perfect for me. My last day I met a wonderful young man did not catch his name but he was very articulate on explaining detail for the billing. Whom ever he was it was on April 30,2018 He Needs COODOOS! Very clean ,Very secure! I will SO recommend !

Staff is incredibly helpful, patient, and informative. As a member of the military, I was pleased by how accommodating and friendly the staff was. The property is clean and the storage rooms are great. I would recommend this extra space storage facility to anyone wanting a smooth transition from moving in or out.

I helped my grandmother move in recently and I have to say the level of customer service we were provided was phenomenal! I came in and immediately was greeted with smiles from the staff. Alicia was the manager on duty and the assistant manager Shane is who assisted us. He asked my grandmother for the reason for her need for storage and from there we New we were in great hands! She has had a rough couple of months and that made her feel like someone cared and wanted to try to help! I am so happy she choose extra space and as her grandson I wanted to take a moment to praise the service we had. Such a brilliant and professional staff on top of an already clean and efficient facility! I grabbed the business card of Shane and will be recommending all my friends and clients from my families moving business your way!
