Public Storage

I had a wonderful experience obtaining a storage unit from Selinda at this location. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and informative. She took me through the process quickly and efficiently. Thomas was helpful, as well. He carried boxes I had purchased to my car and couldn’t have been nicer. The staff and facilities at this location are wonderful. I had been searching for a good storage space for a while and I am glad I decided to go with Public Storage of Langhorne. Amy showed me around my storage unit and was beyond sweet and helpful. I definitely recommend this site for anyone looking to do short or long term storage.

Public storage in Langhorne. My personal reviews after dealing with Amy and staff Langhorne location has been very welcoming. There facility is in a perfect location well secured. I have a 10x15 unit drive up. And a trailer parking unit . Staff really cares the times I have been there they are always walking around checking units , locks and cleaning up. On top of that they are very friendly to you. My experience has been wonderful. They care and they answer all questions promptly. On top of that there prices are very reasonable.... Cheers John

Was good till they upped rent $10.00 i will be looking for cheaper place.every year they up rent 10.00..definately looking around for cheaper place that won't up 10.00 every year. dont go here trust me they up rent every year. no need for that. offer you decent price than sneak in rent raise every year. look around trust me get other unit at better pricing in the long run. because this place sounds good at first its reasonable. but every year they sneak in that rent increase. steer away from here. our rent ended up going up 30.00 total from original rent. look around elsewhere!

I walked in to the office with a prearranged reservation. However, I was concerned I hadn't chosen a big enough storage area. I was greeted very warmly by both Selinda and Amy. Selinda researched different size areas to be shown and Amy did a lot of walking with me showing me them so that I could make the right decision. They were very helpful throughout the contract process, also. They work nicely together. Raises all around!
