Extra Space Storage

Extremely friendly staff. Austin helped me get settled into my unit and answered every question I had and went above and beyond to provide good service. It was extremely convenient. The office had everything I needed and I was able to get in and out quickly. Highly recommend!

The lady was super nice it cost 40 bucks to start out 10x30 storage unit the 260 after the first month. The storage unit is clean and in a secure facility. She even left us a push cart to help us move our stuff even though it was after business hours. Excellent place!!

I needed a temporary storage unit while waiting for a new lease to start and the people at Extra Space were absolutely wonderful. I reserved last minute on a Friday for a unit to start the next Monday. Then on Monday my drive from out of state was delayed and I wasn’t going to make it to Colorado by the time their office closed to check in. They allowed me to transfer the entire reservation including the discounted first month price to my boyfriend’s name so he could get checked into the space. When I arrived we were able to smoothly get into the lot via a personalized access code and then get into the storage unit without any trouble. It was verg clean with motion sensor lights in the hallway. They even left a wheeled cart for us to borrow at no charge to make the move in even easier. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at Extra Space in Lakewood. Thank you!!

Shannon Benedict was the most sweetest, kindest and friendliest person I ever had the pleasure to meet in a customer service position. She is the reason I am a customer. Extra space storage is extremely lucky to have her as an employee.

This place is awesome! Charles and Austin we’re great and Made the transaction a very simple process!! Definitely recommend!
