Public Storage

Adair was my helper today. I was able to go in and review everything before I confirmed my storage unit. She was very informative, and friendly. I really enjoyed the fact that she was very professional. I haven’t had such great customer service in a while, it was a very pleasant surprise.

Miss Lu, Was incredibly helpful. She was patient with us, as we had many questions and we came on short notice. Public storage has amazing prices and wonderful staff. I would recommend this storage facility to any and all I come in contact with! Once again, a big thanks to our new friend Lou and all of her help.

Just wanted to commend Lesley and Carmen for providing us (my husband and me) excellent service. We have been customers for 8 years at this location and overall are very satisfied with the storage space. They reviewed our account and were instrumental in helping us to secure a more favorable monthly rate that was in line with current rates. They both went the extra mile. Thank you.

Carmen was great. Very efficient and helpful. The price is affordable and they have a ton of carts which makes moving easy.

I have been a long time customer and Carmen has always been very helpful and I felt she cared about me and any problems I came across, always doing her best to solve them. She is kind and respectful and a genuinely nice person to work with. I have been in line, waiting my turn as she deals with a not so happy customer, and she stayed calm, listening to their problems and shows a true interest in getting the problem fixed.
