Out of the way place. Grace period for those up to a week late. They have an initial deal, so watch out after the first month, so you know what your normal rate is. Also, they allow you the use of their box truck. However, you must be a licensed driver, with insurance in your name. Make sure you name is on the actual insurance card!!

The couple that runs this place is great and very helpful. Storage units are reasonably priced for being close to downtown, but are not climate controlled. The only reason I would think of giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the stuff at the front of your unit will get a little dusty. Not a deal breaker to me, but it might be to some. The couple running it was upfront about this and made sure we were ok with it before we signed the papers.
