Dorthea was amazing! While setting up my contract for my husband and I she explained everything where we could understand it, she was also very patient with my 3 year old son who can be a handful sometimes. I would recommend her to go to for your service needs here.

I would have to say I never rented a Public Storage but these people made an excellent experience for me and my wife. The manager was very clear and precise about the pricing and space, showed us the space and made sure it was cleaned out, also she even gave us some shortcuts on how to get to our storage. I would recommend everyone come to this location if you looking for good customer service and a very helpful manager. Thank You Public Storage

Dorothea was the best, her urgency and willingness to go beyond to help me today truly saved me, luckily for me she not only had the experience and system knowledge to help me, but she seemed to care enough to have the urgency I needed.
