Extra Space Storage

After arriving in my new city I was faced with down sizing to fit into my new place. Extra place storage was recommended by a friend so I gave them a call. Monique was my agent on site and working with her has made my quest to find a storage unit a smooth and fun experience. She truly cares about what you need and she went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information required to make the right decision in properly sizing my unit! I did get to meet one of the other team members and they were also as friendly, upbeat and professional as Monique. She comes highly recommended if you need some extra space.

Very nice and exceptional customer service, was assisted by Ken on the first trip who explained everything from A to Z. MoniQue gave me a followup call and also was great help in me situated and answered all my questions. If you are looking for storage options with a great team, look no further.

Moving is never fun and everyone's situation is a bit different. But Monique and the team are just great and make a stressful time easy and a little more pleasant. Monique is always accommodating, always respectful and very professional - and so is the service team we've dealt with so far. When we had some technical challenges with our units and had to switch or add a locker or deal with electrical issues etc. they communicated quickly, set good expectations and kept their promises. Most of all they are simply helpful and go the extra effort to make things work which is all I could ask for. I feel that Monique is reliable and cares about us customers and treats her job seriously. Because of her, we are happy customers. Extra Space is lucky to have her. Thanks and cheers!

The staff is excellent. The storage facility was clean. The lighting is good at night. The price is reasonable for what I have. It was the customer that really got me. Excellent customer service whenever I have an issue it was resolved in a timely professional manner.

I was looking for a storage in Arlington V.A i when to XTRA SPACE storage, the two Females were helping me with the storage unit, they guided me and told me all of the information as far as pricing and sizing . This was my first time dealing with Extra Space and I have to say they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They went through various different options so we could come up with the ideal storage unit for me. In particular, Monique Quinonez is so wonderful in what she does, she was very friendly, went through each step with me during the whole process, and was there to answer any questions/queries of mine till it was all complete. I would definitely recommend Extra Space!

Monique helped me finalize an agreement for an out-of-state Extra Space Storage unit. She was efficient, knew just what to do & made the process easy, along with giving me a paper copy of the contract, which I requested. Appreciated her help very much.

We were told our next bill would go from $115/mo to $179/mo — a 55% increase. Naturally, Extra Space blamed the unanticipated post-pandemic inflation but you'll see many reviews from years and years ago stating this same exact practice. The price you sign up for is an introductory discounted price. Anticipate it going up significantly after 3 or so months. Really don't understand this bait-and-switch tactic. It's an extremely convenient location, no need for the games.
