EZ Bed Bug Exterminator NYC

Thank you so much for your impeccable job in our home and for giving us so much honest information and guidance! As i write this review months after our building's episode, I'm especially grateful to Matthew for responding so fast to my text today when i nearly passed out thinking that what just crawled up my arm (that alone was pass-out worthy) might have been something from that past nightmare!! killed it, took a pic, sent to the business email, and Matthew replied minutes afterward that it certainly was not. .......and identified it as a maybe baby roach or something which isn't cool either but yeah, my breath was restored and i shakily went on with my evening slowly regaining my sanity.......God Bless you all and your work, we are immeasurably grateful for your kind, dedicated and responsive service!!!!!!! Hoping you can eradicate every last house pest and retire tomorrow so that we can all forget these woes ever existed. yeah, i know thats wishful thinking. so on a more realistic note, may that crawling up your arm feeling to all be only left for the outdoors. amen.

Matt from EZ bed bug exterminator was super helpful! I was worried I had bed bugs when I spoke with him on the phone. He patiently answered all of my questions and explained the services they offered (they seem to offer the least manual/most price friendly option in NYC). He even let me send him pictures of my bed directly to his cell phone. Luckily he confirmed that I do not have bed bugs. That being said, I would use his service if I was ever in that situation.

Matthew is amazing. He is reliable, responsible, and trustworthy. He explained everything several times and stood behind his work to the fullest. He came back several times more than originally planned (without getting upset) until we finally got the “all clear” from the dogs. He responded to texts very quickly. I would certainly recommend using him. Thank you Matthew and your team for making this process as stress free as possible. What I learned about bed bugs: It can take months (think around 6) to get the “all clear” if you were infested. Don’t let it stress you - after the first spraying, almost all of them are gone and you just need to keep going until the dog doesn’t find anymore. Don’t let it ruin half a year. You probably won’t find out where they came from. You want to keep it quiet unless you want to pay to send dogs to the people that were at your home and possibly pay for their bed bug treatment if they have. You’ll want to buy mattress and box spring encasements and put them on right after the first spraying so that no bugs can come out of the mattress and none can hide inside to protect themselves from dying. Also you’ll be able to see if you still have an infestation quicker with the encasements. The cleanest, fanciest homes get bed bugs. It has nothing to do with hygiene. It can be caused from traveling frequently. We just need to be thankfully that it doesn’t happen to us even more often, G-d forbid. Thanks for reading. Very knowledgable about how to solve my flying insect issue. They are a nightmare but Matt and Henry went the extra step to help me prep my apartment for the treatment. They only had to come here once to solve the problem and for the last 8 months my apartment has been pest free!
