One Hour Pest Control

I highly recommend these guys. My tech arrived 45 min after my frantic call about a mouse that slipped under my front door and was running around my apartment. I was literally screaming while we were on the phone. The tech filled 10 holes and cracks, set the sticky traps (and explained why the snap traps are bad - it breaks the skin and releases bacteria into the air we breathe). He came back the following day to drop off more sticky traps and...dispose of the mouse that was trapped!!! Huge relief! They are reliable, responsive and wonderful!

The whole experience from beginning to end has been truly fantastic! Frank's professionalism, helpfulness and kindness from the moment he picked up to phone till the moment the job was done was truly noticeable. The technician, Darryl, was also extremely professionalism and efficient. I was able to have an appointment a few hours after I first called, which was impressive. The job was done with expertise. I would use their services again in a heartbeat. And I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Thank you again guys!

I just moved into a sublet when I walked in, turned on the lights and found 3 roaches crawling in the kitchen. It was horrifying. It was 10:30pm on a Saturday night. I tried to call several places that said they were 24 hours but no one picked up. Finally I called One Hour and Frank picked up immediately and was very speedy and professional, understanding that I was pretty freaked out. He let me know not to worry. A technician was at my door at 11:30pm! The technician was very kind and thorough, spraying down the whole place and keeping an eye out. He stayed a little longer as a few bugs emerged and killed them and took them away! I slept well that night knowing One Hour Pest Control had the situation handled.

A bunch of rip.offs!!!! Dude didn't even come see what he had to do...and was already saying $600. Guy was trying to charge me $100 to put poison boxes outside. Horrible customer service!!!

Frank is amazing! He sent me a guy named Ray within 24 hours of my call, when I found bed bugs and had to have the place exterminated before I left for an international trip. The service was fast, thorough and fair. And the pricing can't be beat! Plus if there are any other issues within the first year of using their services, then you receive a MASSIVE discount! I'd recommend One Hour Pest Control to anyone who asks!!
