Positive Pest Control & Management - NYC Exterminators

We had a great technician for our mice problem in our Manhattan residence. He was respectful , polite, and diligent. He was reassuring that he would be able to control and stop the rodents from entering our apartment and took his time going from room to room sealing up every little possible entry point. I have had exterminators come in the past that were never this thorough

Ben was amazing from the initial call to the completion of the service. I called on a Saturday afternoon for an exterminator service in my mother's apartment and he was able to get a contractor out to her house the very next day! He was not only very responsive to my inquiries but also very informative on post service up keeping to prevent the roaches from coming back. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for not only great service but also amazing customer service! THANK YOU BEN!

I have used Positive Pest Mgmt since 2007 and have nothing but great things to say about Benett, Leah and all the technicians. From day one they were professional, caring and knowledgeable about the problem. Since then they have been on point and have stayed ahead of any further situations. I can say that they were a great find and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

I needed rush service, and PPM was very responsive, especially considering I called on a weekend. Bennett, who I believe is the owner, was helpful but I only spoke to him when I called to set up the initial appointment. The exterminator who came to perform the service said to call him in a week to give an update, but then never responded to calls or texts. They offer a 30-day guarantee, but didn’t explain the conditions of the guarantee to me until I called to exercise it. Also the woman I spoke to in the office a week after the service was rude and a poor listener.

They had excellent communication and years of expertise. They came at the time they said they would, communicated what was happening and executed the job well. I highly, highly recommend this company.
