Be careful of their BIG sales as they act like they are giving up to $20000 off when in reality it's a $2000 discount off their regular price at best. Ben is a good guy to work with and isn't high pressure as you get at some places. A bit confusing as their website says " we deliver" but Ben says we have to pay for delivery and they simply put it out to bid for us? I recommend you take a trip out there if you plan to buy. They will reimburse your flights as well! The factory tour is excellent and answers many questions. I haven't bought...and I'm not sure if I will so to the above concerns.

Okay as far as manufactured homes go. No a huge selection to view. Plus they don't offer land package deals. You have to do that work yourself. To much work if you ask me. Would be nice if they could make this service available to save a buyer time.

I wanted to view a few of the home models before I drove across 3 cities to visit the location, however the website has been down for a few days. This isn't very good business. I hope onsite treatment and professionalism is better than there online showcase.

Our house burned down in June. We knew that we wanted another manufactured home. We went and spoke with Ben. Has to be on of the best salesman we have ever had. Thank you for the awesome service and the great quality..
