The house we got has a broken window, toilets that clog every day, and damage from the carpet layers and cleaners. J&M and the company they partner with, Marlette, have not done anything about it. Tami (works for J&M is possibly one of the worst people you will ever meet. She has a horrible attitude and doesn't care about your home or what happens to you. Good luck if you decide to go this route. Debbie Espinoza is the only good thing about J&M.

Terry at Oregon City was most helpful and professional during my recent home purchase.  From the beginning to the delivery and set up he was there to answer questions and keep things moving.  If there was any concern about anything J & M Homes stood by and made things right.  I would highly recommend Terry and J & Homes.

Unimpressed! They had a house I was interested in. The agent Claudia did not return calls promptly, after waiting three days, I called her General Manager, John. he sent her a text and she called. By this time, I had no desire to work with her. 

Finding another Company to do business with.
