I own a Fleetwood home built in 1999. See the photos! The trusses are made out of 2x2! I am replacing my roof and almost 30 sheets of plywood. Most roofs should last at least 30 years, I got less than 20, and by the look of it, probably didn't make it 15. I have had to rewire entire circuits because half the house was fed by one breaker. My 4 bed 2 bath has had needed more manufacturer caused repairs than a stick built home. My recommendation,  spend the extra few grand and build, do not get premanufactured.

Previous employee. Wasnt aware a good portion are lazy ex cons when i started working. ( Without a criminal background.)
I just wanted manual labor.
 Had a handful of great workers some of which were ex cons.
For that i hope your home is sound.. Its scary what they cover up...
