We loved working with Leeland he was very nice and pleasant to work with and went through all aspects of the process with care.

When the home was put together we found we didn't care for the carpet we previously picked and they worked with us to get us carpet that worked better for us for minimal cost.

They took the time to explain the process to us during each visit and gave us regular updates and photos during the time the home was in construction at the manufacturer.

I purchased a Marlette and am totally happy and satisfied with the home and the contractor{goodsand} I was treated exceptionally well. I TOTALLY recommend  them to anyone I know. The sales department there were professional and made sure you knew exactly what you were getting and wanted. I really liked the no pressure to buy attitude
