Fairway Market

A NYC grocery store. Maybe cheaper than Wholefoods but still very expensive for a grocery shop. They carry variety of vegetables, ready made goods, every day stuff. Their check out is similar to Trader Joe. Pretty efficient. Believed to be run by a Hispanic owner? Or just so many Hispanic workers. Hoped the stuff to be cheaper. Would have been a regular goer. Still good considering there isn't any other option in the city. Would have loved to see Trader Joe in Upper East Side....

The cashier did not clear out the previous purchase and ended up charging me for someone else's order on top of my own. The person helping me assured me that it would be taken care of. I found out that there was nothing they could do. They did not give me any information on how to refund the other person's items. I have been in contact with Fairway online support and they are also doing nothing to help me. Customers beware.

Good variety. $$$ prices, but good produce selection. Better experience than wholefoods most days.

It's a grocery store in Manhattan so it compact and crowded. It's great because they have everything in it you need. It is always packed and hard to maneuver a cart through it. Line moves really fast so don't worry when you see it wrapped around.

Its huge and has a nice variety of things. They have the best selection of olive oil. I go to get a gallon of milk and there were 3 different brands. Some cheaper than others, which kinda gets me to thinking. Its a great store.
