During rush flow they are under staffed so it takes a little longer than usual, but the staff is cool. Make it easy for them and they make the shopping easy for you.

Great values for Manhattan but not for everyone. Rough customer service. Meat quality is hit or miss.

Love/hate with this place. The prices are dirt cheap, which admittedly brings me back on occasion. The lines are absurdly unreasonable and always a problem, borderline maddening. I also don’t often get fresh food here as it often spoils quickly. Not a bad option for frozen or boxed items on the cheap.

Big selection, great prices, always tons of in store deals like 3 for $10 on a normally $4-5 item. Diverse group of customers. A little tough to navigate, easy to walk in circles, but it was my first time. It still has a confusing layout. Overall,if you're looking for low prices on groceries in Manhattan UWS , this is definitely one of the best spots. IF you can handle it!
