Family Doctors of Boulder City

If you would have asked me just a few months ago I would have given 5 stars and would have told anyone to go here for excellent care! But just over night my opinion changed because this office changed. I had a great relationship with the entire staff from receptionist-nurses-Lauren PA etc, but literally over night something happened and now no one and I mean NO ONE will communicate with me. Got a letter saying I need to seek care elsewhere. I have a chronic illness that requires close and consistent care. I have asked via telephone and email for my records along with an explanation and no one will talk to me and or my husband let alone respond the easy way out via email! So, with all this being said, with a place that should have 5+ stars...now has 0 stars.

My son was headed to high school state wrestling championships. Following his practice, he discovered a slight rash on his leg that we wanted to inspect before traveling up north the next day to compete. Lauren Young, PA-C, despite her busy schedule, was able to squeeze him in without any hesitation. Team members Amber and Maria went above and beyond to accommodate our last minute request. Thank you Family Doctors of Boulder City for the VIP treatment!

Dr Leovy was absolutely awesome when she was there. But when she left I had to change asap. I was recommended to Dr Bezard and found him just as amazing. He takes his time to explain everything as clearly as possible and makes sure you understand. My favourite thing is that he actually explains what is going on with my body, why, and how the solution is going to resolve it. Very caring and patient! His nurses are also on the same page!

Sprained my foot really badly and had to go in for xrays. The staff are so friendly and I felt at home. Thank you :)

One of the front desk employees is selectively rude when inconvenienced. The other (blond) is very kind. The nurses were great. Dr. Smith was totally unimpressive, didn't seem to give a hoot, spent about 1.5 minutes with me including the hello small chat time, never contacted me with results about my blood panel, and didn't order blood work for my husband even though that's what we scheduled an appt. to do for him. I really hoped for more individualized care from a small town doc. It was a waste of copays as my whole family went to different docs after for the same check-up type of appts. Maybe the other docs here are great, but I don't recommend Dr. Smith at all.
