Dr. Clarissa Barrettoko, DO

Dr. Barrettoko, kristy, and the office staff are wonderful. Best experience with a general physician. Dr. Barrettoko and kristy take the time to get to know you and listen to you. I know they have my best interests at heart and never feel rushed in my inquiries. The staff is extremely helpful and kind as well. I would recommend the entire office!

The doctor is great. The office staff is incompetent and dangerous. I called for two weeks to get an appointment left messages My calls Never returned. All office staff in that office should be fired. I will never go back nor will I recommend that office.

Worst experience I have ever had at a doctor's office. I understand Dr. Barrettoko is a very good doctor and I was looking forward to her being my PCP. Sorry to say, I never got passed the receptionist and financial folks in the office. After speaking with three different people and missing a half a day at work, it was apparent no one in that office understood what an FSA account is and what it's used for??? I had been proactive and brought an up to date print out of my Cigna account that showed a balance of over $1400. Kim, the last person I spoke too, told me Cigna said I was suppose to have a credit card for the FSA account and I know that's not correct !!! I ask if she would mind calling back her Cigna contact and I would get to the bottom of the misunderstanding. She refused to call Cigna back or help any further...
