1. The corridors leading to their office smell like urine. 2. When you approach reception, there is a huge mess of papers all over their desks. 3. Receptionists seem unhappy with their job and fully stressed out. Not courteous or polite. 3. Had to wait more than 1h to be seen. 4. Receptionist wanted to take a photocopy of my ID. When I asked why, she just said "company policy". I am attaching their office policy where you can see there is no mention of this anywhere. I wouldn't trust their unhappy messy staff to have photocopies of my driver's license, nor would I trust the sanitary conditions of that place. 0/10.

I went there today and I have to say I had a great experience. Dr. Tan, Francis R was awesome. I really don’t like doctors in general because I always feel like they don’t really take the time to listen to you, I always feel like is a business and all they care about is money but this time I felt completely different, Dr Tan is young and energetic and he took the time to listen to me and to understand my concerns. I felt like he care :-) I definitely recomend this place base on my experience today 👍🏼

It is super easy to get an appointment here unlike some other places which schedule you months ahead. Dr. Tan was very helpful in explaining the various conditions I was curious about i.e. Thallasemia. He also briefed me on certain drug prices. They accepted my Liberty Healthshare plan which is a super plus

My 21 year old grandson was seen last week by Dr. Fakhouri, he was very impressed and happy with the result of the visit. Thank you
