Every time I go in to the office I end up not being seen by my doctor for 1-2 hours after my appointment time. I can hear my doctor outside of my room talking to The nurses about her schedule and trying to clear up her Friday and meanwhile I'm still sitting here waiting. My appointment was set for 10:00 To get on birth control and it's now 11:30, still nothing. The nurses are far more friendly than the doctors. When the doctor finally comes to see me I spend no more than 10 minutes with the doc before she's rushing me out.

I scheduled an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner Beverly Strauss-DiPaolo because I was concerned about swelling in my feet and ankles and Dr. Gardner was at the Cheyenne location & not available so I said okay to see the Nurse Practitioner. I was told to come in at 1pm but my appointment was at 130pm. I asked why was I told to come so early. I was told so that I could fill out the paperwork, which I had done when I walked in the office since I was asked if I could print it and fill it out before I came in. I arrived at 1245pm. I have some difficulty walking as I am 5 months post op of total knee replacement but I was taken to the very back of the office in the last room then asked to go to the restroom to fill a cup which was 1/2 back towards where I had come from. When I made it back to the room, I was told that the NP was running a little behind but she would be in soon. The MA said she would leave the door just ajar so I would not get to hot. I heard the NP come out of rooms & stop to have conversations with the MA that had nothing to do with medicine or the patients & as the NP walked by the 2nd time she shut the door. I heard the NP come out of a room & ask the MA what the patient said, I could not hear the MA response but I heard the NP say it doesn't matter because I have a 4.7 rating. Beverly went into another room, then came out about 20 minutes later only to have a conversation with the MA about a job that the MA had applied for so I looked at the time and saw it was 247pm so I opened the door & Beverly turned to look at me with the meanest look saying what's the matter, I told her that I was quite irritated & she told me that she works 10 hours a day & I was next so I completely lost my temper & yelled that it really is not my concern how many hours a day she works, my concern is that I have been sitting here for 2 hours waiting to see her, I said I want my money back because I do not want to be seen by someone with such an atrocious bedside manner, I asked her name & she just looked at me, so I said isn't your name Beverly & she said yes, it is & I have a 4.7 rating, I told her that I didn't give a damn about her rating, went to the manager who was very nice & the other staff was nice to me to ask what was Beverly's last name, I was given a card and told that I could contact the administrator which I did. I left a message for Valerie on May 3 at 340 pm, Valerie returned my call at 709am on May 4 but since I was getting ready for work I was unable to reach my phone in time so I called Valerie back 3 minutes later but of course I got her voicemail and I have not heard anything since. I have since called & left Valerie another voicemail message. This medical practice not only does not care about it's patients, it will let the medical treat people any kind of way and that is a terrible thing to have to deal with when you are not feeling well. Forte lost 2 patients that day because my husband was going to be a new patient there as well but, no no no no!

The Dr is amazing. But the office staff is so rude! They hang up on patients, also smack they're lips while talking to you. Sorry Dr Beverly I will not be returning due to your staff!!!!!

Office staff was helpful and accommodating. Beverly, the PA I saw was far less than compassionate. Especially when I told her my insurance was HPN. Im sorry thats what my employer selected. I won't be back. Thank you for the fight. At least I got my paperwork signed.

This by far the best medical office I have ever had to deal with. Dr. Dipaolo and her assistant are just amazing. Every time is an awesome visit. They are an amazing team. I would always recommend them. If I could rate them, they are a 6 out of 5. I can't rave about them enough. They are just amazing. My wife and I are always impressed with them. I hope they never change.
