It took them nine months to diagnose and schedule treatment for a very common out patient procedure. Nobody seems to know what's going on. A referral was "lost" at one point , causing a big delay. Things that were supposed to be forwarded to the specialist were never forwarded . Every step of the way was another authorization, another 2 -4 weeks of waiting . I had to follow up constantly. The doctor even told me that I might be better off "faking" severe pain at the ER , so that I could get treated quicker. It took so long that my insurance coverage changed in December , and now I cannot afford the out of pocket cost for the procedure. I probably don't have a legal case , but I feel that they let really me down.

Great place to establish primary care. Appointments do not take months and months to schedule. Family medicine residents have more time and interest in your care than your average doc in a box, and are current in their medical knowledge. Eric at the front desk was recently very helpful straightening out some record keeping with me. I recommend this clinic to anyone seeking to establish care here in the Las Vegas Valley!

Had a great doctor and experience here. I usually hate doctors appointments but they treated me fast and efficiently so I definitely will be going back.

Been sitting here over an hour cause they screwed up my appointment time & now it screwed with the rest of my appointments for the day & need to get the the airport!! Poor customer service & patient care!! If you can't get an appointment right why would I trust you with my healthcare?!?! The nurses & front desk staff are acting like oh well not my problem, which is even more frustrating that they are not trying to correct the situation or make it better to provide upstanding customer service!! As a HR professional, this is completely baffling & if I was a secret shopper, there would be lots of people getting written up or terminated for the attitude & lack of customer compassion & care!! I would NEVER recommend or promote a facility that lacks in customer service to patients cares & needs!!
