UMC Primary Care - Spring Valley

7/26/2017 @3:38p incident. The staff in the primary care section at Spring Valley are so rude to patients; one lady in particular. She has no regard for them, as human beings, nor does she care about their well-being. Every patient on medicaid is not dead beat; there are extenuating circumstances. The intake receptionist/patient reps really need to take classes on how to address patients. You never yell at the customer; just common business practice. I'm going to try to change my primary care doctor.

Awful terrible place to have to come when you're sick. They don't care about patients. Be ready to wait hours past your appointment time. You require me to be on time, or you charge me, yet I don't get called back until a minimum of 3 hours after my appointment. Good luck getting in to see your doctor too. No appointments for months.-. They'll tell you, "Call every day at 8am and see if there are any cancellations for that day." I work! I can't just do whatever I want to! I need to know in advance when I'm seeing a doctor! Horrible.

Wait time is a joke and insulting, really dnt care about patients, only worried about $. Telling people to arrive early for appointment. Front desk at the umc clinic not quick care because i go to both the quick care is very good! Those ladies really hate there job, because there is no excuse to be that ugly and rude i sat watched with others including myself you dnt know how to greet no hi, hello its your job fake it..... when people sign in its do u have an appointment no hello! No order, and complete confusion. Like i said pretty sad when u dealing with sick and mostly elder, but they have no respect or consideration for them and its because of them you all have a job! Finding a new pcp.....stay away from this place.

Went here shortly after moving here and both my mother and I needed to be seen. The staff was friendly and the wait was much lower than the average emergency room and the care and price were great!
