Doctor Jacks is an amazing doctor. We've been his patient for more than 10 years. He is very careful when diagnosing and prescribing medication. My husband and my kids are his patients too and we won't leave him. Doctor Jacks is a humanitarian and he has a lot of consideration with his patient. The girls are amazing and friendly. Many thanks to the family of PREMIUM FAMILY CARE.

Dr. Jacks is Yale-educated, exceptionally skilled, diligent, and caring. His staff are also extremely helpful and responsive. It is very telling that the negative reviews appear to be coming from people who were obviously only looking for opioids or did not like to wait (even though they were walk-ins).

I have been very happy over all with Dr Jacks office. The wait times are not terrible and the service is good.

Doctor Jacks is the best, I feel lots of confidence, he really cares about his patients, great staff people, I will recommend Doctor Jack's 100%, the best doctor in town

Zero customer service. Wife has been in pain when this is her primary doctor. Refuses to help. Refuses to try and contact the specialist she sees to get info. Refuses to even contact a pharmacy to fill a prescription. Will not take care of you. Run away from this place. Absolutely terrible.
