This may be a great Doctor. I will never know. The staff showed me today how poorly their customer service is. I go in with an follow up appointment and was was charged more than my deductible. No one was able to give me the clarification I needed. OK. I was given a disconnected number to billing. Now I’m really upset 😡. I proceeded to the back and the MA asked why I was there. WHAT. So I cancel my appointment. Called my insurance to get clarity on why I’m being charged double copay. After all the office was correct in the amount they asked for but I had to go through my insurance for answers 🤗. Now I try to call to reschedule and guess what. They left me on hold. Great I will never return back here. Poor customer service

I call my insurance company and got a list of 20 different doctors nobody could see me accept doctor Nicknam so I thought what the heck I have to be seen and I went in I got lost because they change the name of the streets that's not their fault receptionist were very nice doctor was very nice he ran a little behind but he was very nice I'll go back to him after getting blood work and x-rays on the 27th of this month we'll see how it goes I do feel comfortable talking to him though that's a good thing and he does speak plain English

It feels good to be able to be seen by a Dr. that I can trust and be very open and honest with. The location is clean and very easy to get to, and unlike most, I like when I call and they have a answering message. That allows them to look me up and call me back so that they have all my information handy and in front of them.

Horrible experience, he charged almost 300 out of pocket for an appointment where all he did was fill a prescription. His office is impossible to get ahold of and even though I never received a single bill I got a call from collections saying that I owed them money? Super unprofessional borderline fraudulent way to get money from your clients but not ever contacting them to let them know they owe you

I will never go to this office again. The girl at the front desk had a really bad attitude. She give me a addresses that was not there number on the door. I was looking for the office for twenty minutes. She than try to change me one hundred dollars for the office visit and I had insurance. I always paid fifteen dollars.
