Dr. Dana Forte will spend time to speak about your current and future health. Will listen to your problem and needs. Staff very friendly, office organize and clean. While your waiting in the room, they have interactive a touch screen television ask about certain health issue you want to learn. Free parking and you can easy visual the building.

Dr. Joseph Eafrate provided quick and honest service. He is straight and to the point (which I appreciate), and he'll tell you like it is without sugar coating things. The front office staff was always nice during my visit and I didn't have to wait too long to be seen by the doctor. Keep up the great work!

Had a doctors appointment on 11/15 and afterward was walked down the hall to get labs done. No one informed me that this was a different business inside the same building. I go back for my follow up on 12/29 to find out after 30-40 minutes of sitting in a room by myself that they don't have my labs and that I showed up to my appointment for nothing. (but they would graciously give me a free appointment) One would expect a doctors office to be a little more prepared for an appointment that they scheduled and not try to waste my time on something that should have been done right the first time. Highly do not recommend this office and will not be returning.

Dr. Forte is an awesome Dr. Who takes time with you to ensure all your questions are answered. I can't say the same for the staff! a lot of them are rude, they are very short when you ask a question. I do think someone needs to do something with these group of girls (office staff - front desk). So far all the nurses that assist with taking blood pressure etc. are pretty nice. LONG LONG wait times at this office, you need to give yourselves at least 2 hours at the office from start to finish. I even think a walk in is faster. I also experienced no follow up with blood work which was a bit serious in my situation. I went over 3 months with an infection. I do hope they improve soon as I really like the Dr.

Dana Forte's Family Practice has the absolute WORST referral department I have ever had to work with. It is important to note that this is coming from a person who has had to deal with the military medical system her whole life. I was seen for an issue in November that the doctor refused to even give me an exam for and wrote me a referral for a place that my insurance doesn't even cover, instead. It is now 3 months later, several unanswered voicemails and emails since, and my insurance company hasn't received anything from them. This is highly unprofessional and downright negligent when you're in the business of patient care!
