Im a bit disappointed in the manner the by which office staff works. I believe it is time that Dr. Sanford White makes time to be present and evaluate his employees as a whole at his Summerlin office. In the beginning I was pleased by how the P.A. and office staff dealt with me. However, as of late the office staff has been making alot of mistakes from billing to scheduling. The P.A. is having to train and monitor trainees which shortens my visit and has lead to me walking out without prescription or certain lab request. That sets me back in determining what is wrong with my health. And as a result often requires me having to make another appointment to collect what shouldve been provided at the previous visit. Perhaps hiring a staff that does less chatting would help lessen the mistakes.

I have been a patient at Ensign Family Medicine for several years and they are very helpful and professional. Dr. White has been outstanding in diagnosing and helping with any issues I have had. Dr. Max works with my father-in-law with all of his health needs and is very proficient and skillful. The office staff always follows through with my scheduling and prescription needs. Several other members of my family also come here and are very happy with their services.

Like going to see rude high school kids for help . Patients Health should be taken serious.

not good service at all they never even did a physical, did listen to my breathing they never check anything
