This location is extremely rude. The MA's there are extremely lazy and can't pick up a simple phone call or fax out a referral. Only rated this location 1 star because it wouldn't let me post without a rate.

Made an appointment a week ago and when I showed up they tell me I am not in the system. Very frustrating to take time off from work to not receive the services I requested.
