BAIT & SWITCH - i specifically spoke to the scheduling desk about the type of appointment i needed scheduled/seen for because my insurance covered it in full, and they said they completely understood and they work with my insurance all the time, GREAT!! Well, about two weeks post appointment, i get hit with almost $400 in office fees because they totally changed the type of appointment and didnt tell me that they were doing so. I would absolutely NOT have gone through with the appointment. I feel there was a HUGE lack of duty to care here; any provider should be educated enough to know what type of appointment they are seeing a patient for, and should know enough to let that patient know when they are straying from the scope of service and will be incurring massive fees. I found this EXTREMELY NEGLIGENT and just plain lazy.

Billed for services not rendered then they charged me for a referral I didn't ask for and I didn't even go to where they referred me to. This company is a joke and a half! They didn't do any tests for a check up just insulted me and wanted to be paid for it. If I could give them less than 1 star I would

Never seeing this doc again Had the most painful pap smear I've ever had Been in 10+ pain from inflammation that resulted from a car accident... refused to help relieve any pain... worst experience of my life... seen him 3× to rectify the situation and it's gotten worst... Now speeding w an attorney to file pain and suffering charges... avoid this man

Everyone at FMRI has been EXTREMELY helpful to me after one of their doctors had helped me at St. Als the day before. Understanding my financial situation, they have done everything possible to keep costs down for me, and are very quick, friendly, and receptive to my needs.

They don’t care if u r mentally breaking down and have to wait for 3 more days before I can get my meds
