Idaho Sports Medicine Institute

Asked my physician to send referral here based on a recommendation I received. They said they sent it, but didn't hear anything so I called. Megan insisted that the referral was not submitted by my physician's office. Also, on the first call Megan asked if I was active and/or an athlete. I said no. At no time was I told I had to be. In fact, the person recommending ISMI said they didn't. Anyway, TWELVE frustrating phone calls later referral supposedly made it and I was told it was being reviewed. STILL absolutely no follow through by this company. I had to call again. At this time was told they would not provide service because I was not active and/or an athlete. They NEVER even acted like they were concerned about my being injured. In my opinion, this smells like discrimination!!! Guess they didn't want to help a fat person. They don't even deserve a star!!!

Amazing. It's nice to go to a doctor's office and have them spend time with you. Explain everything. And show you that they really care about the patient.

Wait was a bit long...over 1/2 hour, but very friendly and warm staff. Plus it's clean and parking is convenient.

I love this place! Wether your coming to see the doctor (Dr. Gustuvel or Dr. Sheffel they are awesome) or the physical therapy they make sure you work hard to get your goal and feeling so much better. The atmosphere and all the employees are amazing! I had a full knee replacement on my left knee and partial on the right. Yes I did both of them at the same time. I am so glad I did. Thank you!

Dr. Lewis is fantastic. Had him perform an AC joint angioplasty. Fantastic results, very good.
