I like this place and the doctors once you get in, however, trying to talk to a real person by phone is nearly impossible. You need to go through a switchboard of options and the message is so long that if you are in a hurry it is very annoying. The office is hard to find, it is down in the basement of another doctors office. The nurses are pretty blunt, no nonsense types and the admin staff are sort of loud and annoying but seem competent enough. The waiting room is uncomfortable but I have not had to sit there long, so that is a plus. I really like the doctors and if they were surrounding by good infrastructure and staff this would be a dynamite office. There must not be much competition for doctors, because it seems like all doctors have more business than they can handle. Overall, I recommend this place, but it is not without its frustrations.

We went to Dr. Taylor after talking to multiple Dr.s about general health questions and our thoughts that my husband had Parkinson's. Like just about everyone else, Dr. Taylor offered to treat what he also assumed was Parkinson's, at least to start. Unlike everyone else, he reffered us to University of Utah to a Specialist to treat this. That information was life transforming and has made all the difference in the world! I deeply appreciate a Dr. who listens and does his best. And I may even appreciate more a Dr. who knows when it is time to call in someone else and does so. If you want to be cared for and about, go to Dr. Scott Taylor.

I love Doc Taylor he is knowledgeable and takes time to talk to you. Plus he has a great staff!

I Love these people here they are all soooo helpful and friendly ... If you need a Dr this is the place. Dr Scott Taylor, His assistant Peggy Young, Nurses Candace and Stacy they All Rock.. 😎
