The staff at the front desk are extremely unprofessional and nearly always unhelpful, with very few exceptions. They have electronic tablets for check-in now, but somehow the staff still can't seem to answer the phone in a timely fashion when I want to schedule an appointment. Of course, if you call the BILLING department, they answer right away. On multiple occasions (nearly every time I call, actually), I have been put on hold for 15+ minutes and then hung up on. Odd, considering the receptionists never seem to have anything to do when I am in the actual building, and are usually just chatting loudly about their personal lives. They made the switch to Catalyst months ago, so they can't use that as an excuse for poor, slow customer service anymore.
They also can't seem to ever schedule appointments more than 2 weeks in advance for some reason, and if a doctor calls in then you have no choice but be forced to reschedule. Not to mention, they don't have appointments on the weekends and very limited options for evenings, so if you work during the day like most adults, you will have to schedule time off work just to see the doctor. Each of my visits (which are routine check-ups that I have to do every 3 months for my prescription) takes at least an hour, even though I spend maybe five minutes at most with the actual doctor. I have been going here for almost 4 years now, but am now going to switch to Pullman Family Medicine and hope that it's better. They certainly have more hours and the receptionist actually answered the phone when I called.

I’m a new patient and at my first appointment, I had nothing but great experiences. They were quick to get me in because my old doctor’s office hasn’t done anything to help me. The doctors and nurses are so kind and understanding and act just like family. I couldn’t imagine going to any other doctors office now.

I moved a year ago and scheduled a physical with a Doctor in this practice. I had to wait several weeks because it was a physical and physicals were only done on certain days and those days were booked out several weeks in advance. On the day of my appointment, I arrived on time, had all my records sent over and did everything I was suppose to do in order for this to be a smooth transition. When I finally met the Doctor her response was "you not expecting to get a physical today are you"? Strike One. My husband and I use an mail order pharmacy through our insurance company to get our routine meds sent to our home. We have had more trouble just trying to get the Doc's to refill our prescriptions. Takes many phone calls and office visits for refills and my husband is on Cardiac meds. Strike Two.
Recently I scheduled an appointment with my Doc. I was notified last week that I was being rescheduled with a different Doc. This morning I get a call that my appointment needs to be rescheduled again. Strike Three....Done. On top of all this the front office staff can be very rude.

I had severe stomach pains and called the emergency room. The nurse informed me I might be having a gall bladder attack (which it was) and she was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. She thought it will be a good idea for me to talk to the doctor on call for this clinic. I had high hopes. Dr. Kraig White answered. He was very robotic, non-conversational, appeared unconcerned, terse and expressed he didn't have much time - he didn't even spend two minutes on the phone yet. Getting frustrated, I told him off directly about his behavior and he hung up. I ended up in the emergency room the very next day where surgery was offered as the treatment.

The staff is very professional and courteous. Didn't have to wait long at all, they even called my back before I even finished updating my paperwork (
