This is by far the worst place I have ever been too. Don’t go here or take your loved ones here. The staff an doctors are all rude and don’t care about patients. Long wait times to be seen even if you have an appointment. That is if the doctor is even there and if he is you will wait a hour to been seen. But he will only be in the room for 2 minuets. Because he is in a rush to get to his golf game they will not help you at all

Both my wife and I have seen Dr. Danes for broken bones and damaged joints. He is just excellent, one of the finest doctors I have ever seen in my life. He is patient, he explains everything well, and he tells good jokes.

I had been to several doctors on my foot. Thinking I could not do anything about this pain, for everyone thought it was in my head. Low and behold my foot broke due to stress cracks. I was directed to Dr Wolf at the West Valley Orthopedics. What a wonderful, knowledgeable and caring man. To my surprise all this pain had not been in my head. Thank you so much Dr Wolf. I highly recommend you service and integrity.

I took a family member to this place and her “wait time” was literally 30-45 minutes after her scheduled time of appointment, we even arrived 15 minutes before her appointment and still waited almost an hour, and then to top it off the patients who came in after her were called back before her. Last bad experience there were the thin walls between patients rooms, you could literally hear the conversations and the words being exchanged between the Doctor and patient in the other room next door. HIPPA violation perhaps? On the only bright side the Doctor was great.

Even if you arrive early you wait in the waiting room for close to an hour before your seen. And when you ask the receptionists about when you'll be seen they say should be soon. Their customer service is ridiculous. At other places at least they tell you I'm sorry for the wait or call you up and tell you hey look we're behind it might be a while. Do you need to reschedule? But no.. this place is rude. Anytime I needed a referral for imaging they'd mess it up and it would take forever for them to fix it so I could get my MRI done. Then, when your in the back the dr spends literally 5 min with you and then has someone else go in to finish up the appointment.
