My wife had to cancel one appointment, and because things were not explained as they should have been, she has to wait to be seen by appointment until 2019!   I find this very unprofessional, and the reseptionists who spoke to my wife was very rude!  We will be going els where! 
One cannot simply take all day to wait to be seen as walk in when you have a busy family!!  The name is a joke!
