Great selection of quality flavored loose leaf teas... They have everything, literally! I got gingermint and several types of chai, 2 different types of earl grey for my coworkers, and flavored sugars for my nephew. He loved it. A bit pricey but I'm on their mailing list and get notices when items go on sale or seasonal changes go into effect. (I splurged during the change out and got a bunch of tea.) The staff is friendly and helpful without being pushy and always have good recommendations for tea esp if you're undecided. The tea tastes as good as they smell...brew longer for stronger tastes. It doesn't get overly bitter if you brew too long. I haven't had a chance to refill my teas yet (because I splurged) but I wouldn't go anywhere else for loose leaf tea.

Superb selection of teas, all of which you can smell! Various teas set out for sampling. The staff was so helpful, friendly, and patient! I wanted just 1oz of several teas and they had no problem with that at all. We will be returning! Prices were great as well.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Very many teas to choose from. They offer free samples as well. Teas are expensive but quality.
