Kung Fu Tea

I came to Madison for the weekend to visit my best friend. We decided to pop by Kung Fu Tea for some Taro Milk Tea. Seriously I have not found better Taro milk teas at other boba chains. Their Taro Milk Green Tea is equally delicious. Staff was friendly and fast at putting drinks out. I also like the fact that they had a variety of international games.

Good tea but bad attitude. I’ve come here several times and regularly in over 6 months, but this’s the first I feel the bad attitude from the staff. Her name is Julie, and I think she’s pretty new. I politely asked for a redeem card since I’ve come here and bought a lot of tea ( at least 3 times every week), but she seemed a little annoyed and shouted to my face that: “Unfortunately, because you redeemed one today already, you will not have a redeem card”. I asked for a card, not a stamp on that card. And I don’t ask for that bad attitude shouting into customers. Hope they could train her better to have a good service.

Pretty consistent recently on flavorings and bubble quality - chewy but not hard and not too soft

I do not like tea but this place has amazing milk tea and now I can't get enough. It's amazing.

Our favorite place for bubble tea. I always get either the Earl Grey or Oolong which both are flavorful but not bitter. Games are available. The only reason that I gave it a 4 is because it isn't very clean. Found a roach in the bathroom.
