The absolute worst company I've ever had to deal with. I had a package that required a signature. The guy didn't even ring my door bell left a note I came outside and he drove away. Then the customer service woman tells me I'll either have to go out of my way to go get it tonight or I'll have to essentially wait until 8 p.m tomorrow to ensure I get it. Guess we forgot how to deliver properly. This is NOT how to do business. I'm revolted.
I will never purposely buy from a company that uses FedEx ever again. I had awful service from the "delivery" driver who claimed to make two delivery attempts, three customer service representatives on the phone, and even the helpful and sympathetic manager at this location gave me false information on how to get in contact with someone who could help sort out this mess. I am not mad at any one particular person, but the company as a whole for developing an environment where drivers are forced to falsify delivery attempts in order to meet a quota or are just lazy, I don't know, customer service representatives lie to cover up for mistakes I was told my unit number was not on my package. It was., and managers fail to follow through on promises I was told over the phone that they would contact FedEx Japan so we could sort out a claim. No luck there. Awful. To give credit where credit is due, however, the package was in pristine condition. So good on them for that, I guess.
If i could give a 0 star review i would. I have been at place of delivery all day today and No attempt was made to deliver my package by FedEx. I am very disappointed and will discontinue my business with FedEx as well make a review or this important delivery I had paid for overnight and was just a waste of my money and time and is now a inconvenience for me to have to pick up my package from this FedEx facility after 5pm. Very poor service from the driver or FedEx itself but this is why I go through UPS!
Looking at your recent reviews, it seems like they do not even try to make attempts of delivering packages. I gave specifics instructions on my package delivery which were not followed. They claim they made two attempts to deliver my package. They gave me the wrong informations when I called THREE TIMES. I talked to the manager Luis, he was rude and was protecting his employees unprofessionalism instead of giving me solutions. Wasted two entire days!!!
I agree with all 1 star ratings. Even if you pick it up you are hassled. My packages travel across the US faster than it takes to deliver my package from the portland facility. I'm less than 30 miles away
Claims to have attempted delivery and they never did, I have security camera and there was absolutely no FEDEX vehicles anywhere near my property. They also were a day late by the time they claimed to have attempted delivery. Customer service is less than useful with arranging a pickup. Literally any shipping company is better.
Said Friday it would be here, never came. Saturday said it would he here "attempted delivery" never happened. Said it would he here Sunday, hasn't came. #### using FedEx.
It’s better to hold package at a location. Just do yourself a favor and buy local when you can. It may cost a little more but there is less hard ache and stress in the end. Customer service is good though but let’s face it, shipping is still a massive headache on so many levels! Until some of these are resolved I’ll be ditching making online orders like this since I have no confidence or trust that orders are fulfilled in a secure and efficient way.
Discriminatory practices. Every customer including myself I talked to had the same issues: they live in an apartment complex, was home during the delivery time and the driver never delivered the package and marked “customer not home” as the reason for failed delivery. So all of us had to figure out transportation, take time out of our day, to do the job of the delivery driver because they were too lazy to deliver the package as paid to do. If the drivers are just deciding or told? to NOT deliver to any multi family building they are discriminating against a large portion of our demographic. If you aren’t wealthy enough to own your own home then you don’t deserve to have your package delivered? FedEx better address this policy because this is unacceptable discrimination. The city is growing and multi family housing is here to stay.
They don’t even try to deliver the packages. I’ve been home both times, no one knocks or rings the Bell.
