New to the customer center and the lady at the counter did everything needed to send my package. The whole process took maybe 3-4 minutes. She was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and most of all patient with me over my lack of knowledge on their process. The best customer service I have seen in months, great employee.

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Hiding behind an automated phone system and when you need to resolve an issue the system hangs up with no resolution is exactly what I don't recommend UPS. If I could give them a negative rating I would have to give them a -5.

Super helpful and patient staff I don't do this often.

There is an "emergency situation or severe weather" for EVERY PACKAGE?!? come on, at least try to make a believable excuse for lying about when my package will arrive.

Not such a convenient location on swan island. Staff friendliness makes up for it
