Ferguson Buick GMC

We had a great experience with our purchase this week. Shane was an awesome sales rep who gave us plenty of information, without the normal pressure you’d expect. We actually really enjoyed his company, which isn’t necessarily the experience we anticipated when going to purchase a new truck! Shawn helped us in the finance office and was incredible. We had so many questions and he answered all of them and offered so much information to help us make the right decisions for our family. Would definitely recommend this duo and this dealership. We only wish we would have purchased our first GMC here!

I came in this past Saturday looking at a Yukon, I was greeted by Patrick and he took the time to show me all the features and how each one worked (there's a lot btw). Right after I was given a fair price and was in and out finance rather quickly. Very respectful staff and a great experience all the way through!

I had been chatting with Nick over the phone for a couple of days before finally making the drive from Dallas. Gotta say, I was sceptical at first as I've been burned a few times. But once I arrived I quite surprised to find how easy everything had been made for me. From my trade to the financing, it was easy. I'll be purchasing my next vehicle from him. Side note: his goatee was kinda cool

Its so refreshing to be able to walk into a dealership and not feel like you have to be on guard and defensive because your the only person looking out for your best interest. These guys truly want to help you get into something that is a smart purchase and will help you and your family be safe. The process was painless on both sides, from trading in my used truck to the in-depth training I received on how to use the features in my new truck before I was handed the keys. Thanks for the help!
