Fetch! Pet Care

Love their reliability and flexibility. I recently had to leave town on an emergency and our sitter was kind enough to be able to do a same day visit. Such a relief. I also love the consistency they provide with the same sitter. Our sitter makes sure to send us pictures of our pets every visit and gives us a little synopsis of how they were and how the visit went. It's very reassuring. Thank you Di-Shawnie!!! I was very hesitant to trust new people with my feather babies but fetch has been all around wonderful. From customer service to the actual sitter, I'm very satisfied with our service and would recommend them to any one.

I found Fetch! when my previous cat sitter couldn't come through on a trip. In all, they've been superb; honestly, the hardest part of interacting with them was filling in the rather detailed initial forms to set up service. Tough through it and know that it means your dear furry loved ones will be safer and happier with all the info you've provided. Since setting up service, I've been delighted with their professionalism, courtesy, and quality. I highly recommend them.

The point of contact was extremely rude to us. She also told us that they would be able to arrange for our pet sitting needs, only to email us at the last minute and cancel!

I had a great experience with fetch! The staff was friendly and I love that my sitter (Derek) came to visit before my trip so that he could meet my 2 kitties and learn their routine. He even taught me how to get my cat to take a pill! During his visit, he sent me pics of my fur kids so I knew they were being taken care of. I will be using fetch again in the near future.
