NYC Dog Walker Service

Have been using Downtown Pets for the past few weeks and have been incredibly satisfied with the whole thing. I have a wonky schedule working on a startup, so I often have meetings pop up or get cancelled with little notice, and on top of that, have a 4 month old puppy who can't hold it that long yet, so when we do need a walk, I need a pretty tight window of when the walker will come. So far, with half a dozen walks under our belt, they've been on time every time, and we love our walker Holli. We gave them the flexibility to walk him 15 or 30 minutes depending on how much energy it is and how hot it is out (he's a samoyed puppy so the heat can make mid day walks tough), and they've done a great job with that, and definitely have him out the full 30 minutes when they do 30 minute walks. Josh has been super engaged in building online forms that work for our scheduling needs and making the whole thing as easy as possible for us, and Holli has taken great care of our pup. So happy we ended up with them our first try!
