Fia Rua Irish Pub

This was my first visit here. It was great! Fun atmosphere, delicious food and our server, Jackie, was incredible with true personality. Loved it. We will make it back. The 4 is only because it was loud so it will be difficult to get our daughter to go since she is sensitive.

You guys need a bar manager, ASAP. Bar service has been terrible the last three visits, with the bartenders getting in the weeds incredibly quickly with only light crowds. This is in addition to the broad lack of common cocktail knowledge exhibited each time I've stopped in. Basics: Old Fashioned, Long Island Iced Tea, Margarita. Gin & Tonic (how do you screw up a G&T?!) If a bartender has to ask how to make those, you're in trouble. All three visits I've had to wait 15+ minutes - sitting at the bar - to be acknowledged for service while the bartenders either checked their phones or finished doing prep for their shift while already deep into their shift, and that acknowledgement only came when I asked for service. Then 10+ minutes after ordering just to get a beer. It shouldn't be this way. The saving graces of these visits were the quality of the food (which was excellent), Phoenix (?) the blue-haired cocktail gal picking up the slack, and the local patrons making the most of it. Please, please, please get a competent bar manager. This place has so much potential. The food is great, decor is terrific, and the patio is awesome. But the bar is dragging the rest down and really factors into where RH wants to spend its time and money. I know I'm not the only local to feel this way. I desperately want this to be my local hangout, but the poor bar service is making it difficult. I'm local, semi-retired, and willing to help a fellow vet if y'all need it, free of charge. Seriously. A better community pub is great for our town. Just please fix this.

Came for a unit function. Atmosphere is decent, but service was extremely SLOW. Server forgot about us on several occasions. Told us our food would be ready in 35 minutes. After an hour and 15 minute wait, we finally had to leave without being served our food.... I came once and sat at the bar alone. Much speedier service on that occasion. Need more repetitions of serving big parties. Seemed very disorganized.

Loved the ambiance and the service. I'd definitely go back. Ate the big game burger and my wife got the corned beef and cabbage. Loved it.

I really wanted to like this place. The atmosphere was great and the menu looked delicious. I took my friend for his birthday last night and we were told they only had outside seating or the pub area available because of a large party. It was no big deal so we sat outside. The server greated us promptly and brought out our drinks in small cups because all the big ones were dirty. Unfortunately it was the last time we saw our server. We sat outside for 45-60 mins and even had to go to the bar to get our own refills. We finally left 5 dollars on the table for our sodas and got up from the table. The hostess saw us leaving and came over to us and apologized for wait and told us the kitchen was busy trying to get the food out for the large party. We decided to go elsewhere and hopefully we will try this place again someday.
