Finish Line

The most important thing to run a business is customer service. But I don't know how this place run. This place didn't even worth a star. I wish the corporate people see the reviews about this store and send someone as a customer to get a feedback. Scale of rating out of 10 Promptness - 3 Politeness- 0 Professionalism- 0 Attitude- 0 This is what I experienced at this store, when I shopped. This will be one store, which I never ever shop again.

If you don't like your job in customer service then quit. Worse experience even trying to buy shoes for 6 year olds birthday. Never coming back. must be finish line standards looking at the other reviews

My husband used to work at this store and it has gone downhill since he stopped working there. The old management staff would NEVER allow this type of customer service to happen. We went there last night to try and return some shoes and the manager had a mouthful of food and didn't greet us when we went to the counter. I tried to exchange some shoes that I was allowed to exchange last week buy couldn't find anything I wanted so I left. I went yesterday and I wasn't able to do it. And he was rude saying so. I called Quail Springs Mall and he told me the same thing Penn did but the tone was totally different. But for some reason I can send them back in the mail and get the money back on a gift card, which seems to be impossible in the stores. I hope people stop going to this store and they have to close.

Went there today. No one greeted us or even attempted to want to help us. We tried asking several guys questions about shoes but they appeared to be in a hurry and not interested in helping or even friendly. There was only one guy that was the mgr who was busy at cash register but he looked over and asked if we was ok. As we checked out the lady asked us who helped us and we told her nobody seemed to want to help us. We saw lots of customers leave because no one was helping them. It seemed like there was many employees there just standing around talking to each other and not interested in providing any customers any assistance. We will not be going back to shop here again.

Worst shopping experience I've ever had at Finish Line today. Salesmen were very unprofessional and not helpful. They didn't appear or acted like they didnt know about the shoes. I will never shop here again. I saw numerous customers walk out without being assisted and I should have walked with them. I suggest spending your money elsewhere.
