Shoe Carnival

I will agree with other reviewers and say the girls who work here are not friendly or helpful. They will barely assist you if you ask for help. They are too busy chatting at the front desk, totally ignoring the many customers in the store. Whoever is the manager here should note the many reviews saying poor customer service and do something about it. Personally, I don't patronize stores where the help is rude. Will not go back.

I was discussed by the service I got today at this store. They were very disrespectful and rude ! My husband and Kids went in there so I could Shoes for work and soon as I walked in I hear the lady say follow the girl with all the kids because black people always steal so they followed me the whole time I was in there and kept asking me if I needed help then another lady goes on to say make sure you keep in I eye on her . FIRST of all I have 4 kids with me babies at that I would never put my kids in a position like that SECOND I work TWO jobs and go to school . My husband and I work our butts off to provide for our kids ! I will never shop there again !!!! Also I will be sure to let people I know about the kind of business you guys are running !

Customer service lacking, they don't even say hello. Followed me around the store and then pretended like they were "working" just to watch me while I tried on shoes.
