Very bad experience I order a pair of shoes on 4/12 well they say was deliver to office on 4/17 via FedEx office says no package are there now I have to wait until may 9th to get a replacement because they have to investigate what happen with package but now I have to make a trip to the mall to pick it up instead of them sending it like they supposed to me again .this is my first time ordering from journeys very disappointed with service starting from cyst service at Penn square journeys to cust service for claims.
