The employees here were real helpful for us. Kept asking if we were doing alright and if we needed help. Gave us a military discount. Walked out with new shoes.

Went in with my wife looking for some shoes, wasn’t greeted by anyone.. i understand they close at 9 and it was 8 but still it’s your job.. looking for shoes for about 10 minutes didn’t get any help so i went up to the register and timara was the one who “assisted” us. She was rude, and seemed like she didn’t even wanna be there. I’m in sales as well and sometimes i dont Wanna be at work but i put On a smile and fake it. Yes i asked For a discount cause people always ask me and the way she went about it wasn’t the right way. Only reason i bought The shoes cause neither finish line or foot locker had them and i hate Ordering online. Bought two pairs btw and i know they get some credit for the sale. Probably won’t be back next time.

Timara is a manager that needs to be fired or should quit bc she's obviously miserable. Rude, never ever smiles. When I see that she's working, I keep walking or go to Penn Square!

The lady who “helped” us was Timara. She was really rude and looked and acted like she hated her job. We had to go up to her to get a pair of shoes and she seemed upset that we asked her to do her job and rolled her eyes to the other employees when she thought we weren’t looking. Terrible experience.
