Precision Footwear

Went to this store last weekend. Normally wear a 9..but the sales associate Melanie who worked with me told me i had to have a 10. I argued that the shoe was to big, but she was forceful with her intent to convince me to get the ten. Beware of them trying to fit you too big. Went and bought my actual size online •.

Very knowledgeable staff and excellent selection. They were able to help me find a pair of shoes that I can actually be active in all day! I have heel spurs and they gave me many options that would work best for my feet. They also work with a great list of doctors in our community. If your wanting a great pair of shoes this is your place!

My husband and I really enjoyed our visit to Precision Footwear. The staff was very knowledgeable about the shoes and what would work with my narrow feet. I was excited to see so many of my favorite brands available. From sandals to work out shoes they’ve got it! I came home with some great running shoes and my husband got some too. The digitial measurement shoe fitting was really neat to do to make sure you got exactly what you need.

I went in with my mom and although I was not the one in need of shoes, the service she got is worth reviewing. I couldn’t believe the time their staff member, Jessica, spent with us making sure my mom understood all the different shoes features and how they could assist in her specific activity. She left feeling knowledgeable and ready to run;) oh and the socks with the extra padding... two thumbs up. Thank you!

Came in last week. Was not exactly impressed with the selection or service I received. Finally found a shoe on sale, then the man told me it was nonreturnable. I did not purchase the shoe after hearing that. Do not agree with being forced to keep a shoe after purchase. Beware of the policy.
