Service was friendly and they got me in relatively quickly. Four new tires at a fairly reasonable cost $1129 for tires, labor, etc. They also charged me for four new rubber valve stems $12 each, plus labor, among other things. Two days later, one tire was flat. They replaced the stem valve on that one, saying it must have been a bad stem. I also had to ask them for a valve cap, since they released my car to me without one. Not a big deal, but a bit sloppy. Two weeks later, another tire was near flat. When I put air in it and checked the others, only the new valve stem that they definitely replaced on my second visit was shiny on the end. The other three were cruddy and clearly old. Hell, they're probably the original valve stems from 2007, as far as I know, since I've learned from talking with a friend of mine that used to work in a tire shop that tire shops routinely charge customers for valve stems but just re-use the old ones. So now I get to visit them AGAIN and request that all three remaining valve stems that they charged me for but did not replace actually get replaced. This is really disappointing and frustrating. Not something I have time or patience for in December. Bah humbug! In the future, I will be marking my old valve stems somehow, with spray paint or markers. A customer shouldn't have to be so cunning regarding shop shenanigans, but here we are.Service: Tires
Tom and his staff are awesome. I went in for my tire rotation and asked a question about my brakes. Instead of pushing a purchase on me Tom was honest and told me I didn't need to purchase new brakes. The integrity Tom showed was outstanding! So thankful he did not try to con me into buying something I didn't need. That's how trust is built and lifelong customers are made!Service: Tires
To say that I was "happy" with my service at Firestone would be a dishonor to Tom, and his wonderful staff of technicians. Not only was I informed that the previous tires I purchased were the wrong size, but I also had a loose heat shield. Tom didn't make a big deal about it, instead he offered an easy solution, a reasonable price on 4 new tires, and a customer that is again, beyond the definition of "happy." I'm decent at maintaining my vehicle. If I had the space and equipment, I would be able to change my own oil, rotate my wheels, etc... anything beyond that for me is basically "a car runs on gasoline, fire, and grinding chunks of metal." That's where Tom and his team at Firestone come in. I'm thankful for their hard and expedited work I wasn't expecting that last part, and hope to bring my and other business to them.Services: Brakes
Tom is a class act. I got my new tires put on at this Firestone location after ordering them from tire rack. Tom made sure that I was taken care of every step of the way, setting expectations on service delivery as well as timeline. In fact, something ended up not to my liking and he took care of it right away. He followed up when my tires shipped and after the service was performed to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. One thing to note, however, is that this facility does not have the ability to service low profile tires without the risk of a rim scratch. Please note if if you have a sport sedan/sports coupe...look elsewhere. Other than that, good service at this location.Service: Tires
These guys are always amazing. Continually overworked but still working hard to make the customer happy. Tom is a great asset to this company. They have had my business for 10+ years. Highly recommend!Service: Tires
Always very helpful and patient with me. Never tried to upsell or trick me into things I didn't need. Will continue to go here and recommend them! I ask a lot of questions and Austin was so patient and polite with me!
Spent 1600 on new brakes and new tires. Tire psi monitor on my car was saying the tires were unevenly filled. After driving for two days it did not even out on its own so I brought the car back for them to reset my tire sensors. Took them two trips to their shop to get the car back the same way they gave it to me in the first place! When I went to check the tires manually with tire gauge turns out they gave me the car with the tires filled unevenly, one tire is high is 43 psi and the other one as low as 35 psi. Could have avoided the whole thing if they just would’ve filled the tires evenly since the beginning. Simple! Update: I called them and explain these concerns and they gave me a free future oil change so I upgraded my review from three stars to four stars for this reason.Services: Tires
12/20/2022 big shoutout to Tom he is awesome and very understanding such a big help I really would like to take the time out and thank one of the workers who took time out his day to fix my car. I apologize I forgot this name he helped me get a new throttle for my car. At first he told me I had to wait till the end of September but he worked his magic and got the piece the next day for me I really do appreciate him and I will be back. This complainant is for the guy who fix my blue Chrysler 200
1.I would like to give big shout out to Tom the man I really do genuinely appreciate you and everything that your doing for me. I just like the fact you always give me other options to help me out. 2. Today I took my car in the shop and as soon as I left Tom he instantly gave me a call to give me updates on my car. Most car place don’t even call you but Tom he most definitely gone call and keep it real on what’s actually going on. I like the fact that he tells me what’s going on with my car as in breaking it down and explaining it for me. I really do appreciate you Tom
Awesome service, the guys here are super kind and helpful. Tom always makes sure his customers are taken care of and needs are met. I always come here for my tires!
